Middle-of-life high tech product management

Electronic product return management consists in optimizing the movement of goods from a supplier to a customer. Thanks to reverse logistics, we can sort products in order to send a middle-of-life product to the appropriate expert.

An electronic product can be returned for several reasons: malfunction, exchange, refused parcel... Our ILE team takes charge of your returned products and provides high added-value services such as product exchange, repair, disassembly, reassembly, reconfiguration, cleaning, testing, repacking...

A product in its middle-of-life stage is fully taken over by our team of high-tech logistics specialists. Inter-Logistic Europe premises are designed (equipped and organized) to limit loss of time. Our experts do their utmost to limit product returns and, if so, to speed up product return handling. We track the electronic product to inform the customer of the progress of the process.

In case of return or recycling of material…what happens to your product?

ILE takes charge of end-of-life products returned by customers. Our team can take delivery of your products, store them, dismantle them, recover their sub-assemblies, recycle them or return them to the supplier or the manufacturer.

Thanks to our partnerships with many carriers, we are able to intervene throughout the supply chain in transport, sorting, recycling ... while managing all the key actors of the project and all the related data.

ILE’s premises are in Fontaine (90150), near the city of Belfort. Our team can also work in an existing logistics structure. Its role is to provide a local service, enabling the implementation of processes adapted to each company. ILE can also be called upon punctually, in particularly in case of need for storage or for any other logistics services.
